I was born in the small, South Texas town of Cuero. There I was raised with my two sisters, Jaslynn and Jennifer, by our loving mother, Brenda. After graduating from Cuero High School, I moved to the great city of Austin, Texas. In Austin I attended the University of Texas. I studied Government and Business and was exposed to much diversity, which plays a big role in who I am today. More importantly, I found the First Evangelical Free Church of Austin, Texas. At E Free I was discipled by leaders who "exist to glorify God by making disciples transformed by God who live to transform their world." That's exactly what happened! God has transformed my life and I now believe I exist to transform my world. God also used my time at E Free both to open my heart to and prepare me for international missions. I was able to visit Mexico, East Asia, and Sudan with the intent to share Christ's grace and love with those I encountered. I thank God for my time at this church. He has used their ministry radically in my life. I am excited about what he has done in me the last four years, and even more excited about what he has for the coming time here in Mexico.
